Every new client begins with a tissue assessment. We look at where the fluid sits, how the tissue responds to pressure, and whether hardened fascia or skin laxity is also contributing. Drainage-led protocols usually start twice a week, and we review the plan after every four sessions. Most clients notice lightness in the legs and a flatter abdomen the same day.
