Lymphatic drainage · Sunnyvale + San Ramon, CA

The lymphatic system has no pump of its own.
Device-assisted drainage gives it one.

Device-assisted lymphatic drainage using Endospheres Therapy® and ICOONE®, with no needles, no heat, and no recovery time afterwards.

What it is

Fluid moves when the tissue is mechanically asked to move it

The lymphatic system carries interstitial fluid, protein, and metabolic waste out of the tissue and back into circulation. It has no central pump. It depends on muscle movement, breathing, and external mechanical pressure. When those inputs fall away, fluid accumulates in the subcutaneous compartment and the tissue reads as heavy, puffy, and tight. Read the full mechanism on the science of face and body remodeling.

Device-assisted drainage recreates the compression the lymphatic vessels are built to receive, at a rate and consistency a hand cannot reproduce. Endospheres Therapy delivers Compressive Microvibration® through a roller of 55 silicone spheres: compression, low-frequency vibration, and directional movement at the same time. ICOONE adds Roboderm® microstimulation, which works both sides of the tissue fold at once and is the better choice when skin quality is part of the picture.

Who this is for

Six signs that fluid retention is the underlying issue

01

Heaviness in the legs

Worse at the end of the day, after long flights, or after long stretches at a desk.

02

Puffiness that moves

Ankles, calves, and the lower abdomen change measurably between morning and evening.

03

Rings and shoes feel tight

Fluid, not fat, is the variable that changes this quickly.

04

Soft, fluid cellulite

Dimpling that softens when the tissue is drained rather than dimpling fixed by hardened septae.

05

Post-surgical recovery

Supporting tissue recovery after a procedure, once your physician has cleared you for mechanical treatment.

06

Cyclical or hormonal fluid retention

Predictable changes in how the tissue holds fluid, tied to your cycle or to perimenopause.

What to expect

We assess your tissue first, then build the protocol around it

Every new client begins with a tissue assessment. We look at where the fluid sits, how the tissue responds to pressure, and whether hardened fascia or skin laxity is also contributing. Drainage-led protocols usually start twice a week, and we review the plan after every four sessions. Most clients notice lightness in the legs and a flatter abdomen the same day. Individual results vary. If contouring and skin texture are also a concern, body sculpting protocols → address the fascial layer alongside drainage.

Sessions are non-invasive and there is nothing to recover from.

Questions

Common questions.

What is lymphatic drainage?

Lymphatic drainage is the movement of interstitial fluid out of the tissue and back into circulation. The lymphatic system has no pump of its own, so it depends on muscle movement, breathing, and external mechanical pressure. When those inputs fall short, fluid accumulates and the tissue feels heavy, puffy, and tight.

How is this different from lymphatic drainage massage?

Manual lymphatic drainage massage applies pressure by hand. Endospheres Therapy applies Compressive Microvibration through a roller of 55 silicone spheres, delivering compression, low-frequency vibration, and directional movement at the same time, at a rate and consistency a hand cannot reproduce. ICOONE adds Roboderm microstimulation, which works both sides of the tissue fold at once.

How soon will I feel a difference?

Most clients notice lightness in the legs and a flatter abdomen the same day. Visible, lasting change depends on how often you come and what your tissue started from. Individual results vary.

Where can I book lymphatic drainage in the Bay Area?

Both studios offer drainage-focused work. Sunnyvale serves the South Bay including San Jose, Santa Clara, Mountain View, and Cupertino. San Ramon serves the East Bay including Danville, Dublin, Pleasanton, and Walnut Creek.

Is there any downtime?

No needles. No downtime. Sessions are non-invasive and you return to your day immediately afterward.
