Compressive Microvibration®.A patented method. Independently studied. Italian-engineered.

Endospheres® is a professional body and facial treatment system developed and manufactured by Fenix Group srl in Italy. Its core method – Compressive Microvibration® – is patented and has been independently studied by three European universities. The device is used by certified professionals in more than 50 countries.

The handpiece.

The Endospheres® handpiece is a cylindrical roller containing 55 silicone spheres arranged in a patented formation. When applied to the body, the spheres rotate against the skin and subcutaneous tissue, delivering three mechanical actions simultaneously. The spheres are removable and can be sanitised between clients.

Fenix Group srl manufactures the Endospheres® device family in Italy. The current generation device – the ESSENZA – is the third generation of the technology, incorporating design and performance refinements over the original platform. All Endospheres® devices are ISO certified.

What Compressive Microvibration® means.

Three things happening at once. That is the point. Most body treatment devices do one thing. They heat tissue, or they vibrate it, or they suction it. The Compressive Microvibration® method does three things simultaneously – and the combination is what gives it a distinct mechanical profile.

Action one – mechanical compression

Compression into the tissue.

The 55 spheres press into the skin and subcutaneous tissue at a calibrated depth. This compression reaches below the dermal layer into the fascial network – the connective tissue architecture beneath the surface. As the roller moves across the body, it delivers a rolling mechanical signal through the full depth of the soft tissue it is applied to.

Action two – low-frequency microvibration

Vibration, layered onto the compression.

Simultaneously with the compression, the spheres rotate at a controlled low frequency. This vibration is not applied to the surface of the skin – it is delivered into the tissue under compression. The effect is a simultaneous mechanical stimulus at the subcutaneous level: compression and vibration in the same moment, at the same site. This combination is what is patented as Compressive Microvibration®. The low frequency is deliberate. Higher frequencies stay at the surface; low-frequency vibration, delivered under compression, reaches the fascial and lymphatic structures below.

Action three – directional lymphatic drainage

Along the anatomical lymphatic routes.

The third action is not a byproduct – it is built into the protocol design. Each session maps the roller along the anatomical lymphatic pathways: from the lower limbs toward the inguinal nodes, from the arms toward the axillary nodes, from the face and neck toward the cervical chain. The compression-vibration action mobilises interstitial fluid, and the directional protocol moves that fluid toward the lymph nodes. This is mechanically driven drainage along real anatomical routes – not general massage.

Why three simultaneously.

Tissue drainage, connective tissue stimulation, and circulatory activation each require mechanical input at the tissue level. A device that suctions the surface reaches the dermis. A device that vibrates without compression stays above the fascial layer. Compressive Microvibration® reaches all three targets in one pass because the compression drives the vibration and drainage into the same subcutaneous space.

This is the mechanical logic behind why the Endospheres® clinical studies focused on circumferential measurement, lymphatic function, and skin quality – not just surface appearance. The researchers were measuring what is actually happening in the tissue.

Independent clinical study.

Three universities. One method. Endospheres® Compressive Microvibration® has been studied independently by researchers at three European institutions. These are not manufacturer-sponsored marketing studies – they are institution-based clinical evaluations of the technology’s safety and effectiveness.

University of Siena

The University of Siena, Italy, conducted clinical evaluation of the Endospheres® method. Siena’s medical faculty has longstanding research activity in aesthetic and dermatological treatment science.

University of G. D’Annunzio Chieti

Researchers at the University of G. D’Annunzio Chieti, Italy, conducted independent study of the Endospheres® method. This institution is known for research in biomedical sciences and clinical applications.

Federico II University of Naples

The Federico II University of Naples – one of the oldest and most prestigious universities in Europe, with a medical faculty dating to the 13th century – independently studied the Endospheres® method.

Face and neck.

A separate Endospheres® handpiece is calibrated for the face and neck. The mechanical principles are the same – Compressive Microvibration® – at a pressure and frequency calibrated for the structural characteristics of facial skin: thinner tissue, a more delicate vascular network, and a different anatomical lymphatic map. The facial protocol follows the cervical lymphatic chain toward the submandibular and parotid nodes.
