We work with two professional-grade mechanical systems – Endospheres Therapy and ICOONE. Each addresses tissue at a different level and through a different mechanism. Most clients follow a standard protocol. The first session includes a tissue assessment to confirm the right device and approach for your body.
A rhythmic, deeply lymphatic treatment delivered through 55 rotating silicone spheres. Reduces water retention, softens cellulite, and improves tissue tone.

Explore Endospheres →A precise, dermal-level treatment delivering thousands of micro-impulses per minute. Lifts and firms – especially effective on face, neck, and post-weight-loss laxity.

Explore ICOONE →Every new client begins with a tissue assessment. We evaluate tissue type, cellulite grade, areas of fibrosis, and any relevant medical or surgical history. From that baseline, we determine which device is appropriate, at what depth, and for how long. Protocols are reviewed after every four sessions and adjusted based on observed tissue response.
Endospheres Therapy and ICOONE are not competing options. They work at different tissue levels and address different primary problems. Some clients need one. Some need both. This section explains how to tell the difference.
| Dimension | Endospheres Therapy | ICOONE |
|---|---|---|
| Core technology | Compressive Microvibration® – 55 silicone spheres delivering compression and low-frequency vibration simultaneously | Roboderm® – a micropore matrix generating thousands of suction-and-release microstimulations per minute on both sides of the tissue |
| Primary tissue target | Fascial layer, lymphatic system, subcutaneous tissue | Microvacuolar network (Guimberteau), dermis and subdermal layer, subcutaneous tissue |
| Primary mechanism | Mechanical compression drives lymphatic flow and delivers vibration to the fascial layer | Micropore suction-and-release activates fibroblasts, drives lymphatic drainage, and mechanically repositions subcutaneous tissue |
| Best applications | Fluid retention, edematous and fibrous cellulite, lymphatic drainage, body contouring where skin quality is adequate | Skin laxity, skin texture and quality, post-surgical tissue, face and neck, deeper connective tissue remodeling |
| Face application | Yes – dedicated facial handpiece, Compressive Microvibration® at facial calibration | Yes – dedicated micro-handpiece, Roboderm® at facial calibration |
| Session feel | Firm rolling pressure – described by clients as intense but comfortable | Gentle suction-and-release – described by clients as unusual at first, then deeply relaxing |
| Session length | 45-70 minutes | 1hr, 2hrs or more |
| Sessions typically needed | 12 sessions for full body · additional sessions recommended by the Endospheres Evolution device for clients with greater treatment needs | 6 sessions for face (under 40) · 12 sessions for face (over 40) · body protocols assessed per client |
| Post-surgical use | Once healed and cleared by your surgeon; excellent for lymphatic recovery | Preferred for scar softening and post-surgical fibrosis |
| Downtime | No required downtime | No required downtime |

Your primary concern is fluid retention, leg heaviness, or puffiness that doesn't shift with sleep or hydration. Or cellulite where the tissue feels soft and fluid rather than dense and fibrous. Or body contouring where the skin quality itself is reasonable but the shape needs work. Endospheres® is the better lymphatic driver of the two – the compression-vibration combination moves more fluid, faster.
Your primary concern is skin quality – laxity, texture, crepiness, or uneven surface. Or you have had surgery and are managing scar tissue or post-operative drainage. Or you want face and neck work alongside a body protocol. Or you are managing the skin changes that come with significant weight loss – ICOONE®'s fibroblast activation is what drives collagen and elastin production, which is the structural response needed when skin has stretched or shifted. ICOONE® goes deeper into the tissue architecture.
You have both a drainage issue and a skin quality issue – which describes a significant proportion of clients managing cellulite comprehensively, or anyone managing body composition changes. The two treatments work on different tissue systems and do not overlap. Endospheres® clears the lymphatic and fascial layer; ICOONE® remodels the dermis and subcutaneous structure. Run together as a combined protocol, they cover the full tissue stack.
Endospheres Therapy and ICOONE are used in the same studio because they are complementary, not redundant. The typical combined approach runs Endospheres® sessions to establish lymphatic clearance and address fluid retention in the first phase, then introduces ICOONE® to work on skin quality and deeper tissue once the surface drainage is organised.
Sessions can be run on the same day – Endospheres® first, ICOONE® second – or on alternating days depending on treatment goals and availability. At Face and Body Perfection, the combined protocol is determined at your tissue assessment. We do not prescribe it automatically – we recommend it when the tissue presentation calls for it.
This is worth stating clearly because most body treatment studios offer one or the other. At Face and Body Perfection, both Endospheres Therapy and ICOONE have dedicated facial handpieces, and both are available as standalone face treatments or as additions to a body session.
Endospheres® face: focuses on lymphatic drainage along the cervical chain – effective for morning puffiness, jaw and neck definition, and circulation. ICOONE® face: focuses on fibroblast activation and skin quality – effective for skin texture, firmness, and the gradual improvement of fine lines and skin density. The choice of which to use on the face follows the same logic as the body comparison above.

Choose Endospheres if your primary concern is fluid retention, leg heaviness, puffiness, or soft, fluid cellulite. Choose ICOONE if your primary concern is skin quality, post-surgical scar tissue, face and neck work, or the skin changes that follow significant weight loss. Choose both if you have a drainage issue and a skin quality issue at once.

Yes. Both Endospheres Therapy and ICOONE have dedicated facial handpieces, and both are available as standalone face treatments or as additions to a body session. Endospheres face focuses on lymphatic drainage along the cervical chain. ICOONE face focuses on fibroblast activation and skin quality.
Endospheres sessions run 45 to 70 minutes, with 12 sessions for a full body course. ICOONE sessions run one hour, two hours, or more, with 6 sessions for face under 40 and 12 sessions for face over 40. Body protocols are assessed per client. Session pricing is visible when you book.
Your first visit is a tissue assessment – 15 minutes, no treatment on the day unless you want it. We look at tissue type, drainage, and your goals, and recommend from there. You do not need to decide before you arrive.
